1. Who I am

Gin Inner Work is a trading name of Clarity Pulse, CVR DK45254208, Emil Møllers Gade 22, st. th., 8700 Horsens, Denmark. Contact: gin@gininnerwork.com.

2. What this is, and what it isn't

• Coaching focuses on personal development, inner work and shadow work.
• It is not therapy, medical or psychiatric treatment, and I don't make diagnoses.
• If you need medical or psychological help, please seek it. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call 112 or your doctor.

3. Individual agreements

If we agree on special terms in writing (for example by e-mail), those terms apply to you and take precedence over these general terms.

4. Payment

• Payment is made in full before the first session or program starts, unless we have agreed on a payment plan in writing.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
• Prices may change with notice. A price you have already paid never changes.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days to change your mind. If you buy online as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days from the day you buy, without giving a reason. Just write to me at gin@gininnerwork.com. If nothing has started yet, you get all your money back.

Starting before the 14 days are over. If you ask me to start before your 14 days have passed (for example by ticking the box when you sign up, or by writing it in an e-mail), you can still cancel within the 14 days. You then pay only for the sessions that have already taken place, and I refund the rest.

After the 14 days. When the 14 days have passed, or all sessions have been delivered, there are no refunds. That also goes for sessions you choose not to attend.

5a. Buying as a business, or from outside the EU

Business customers (B2B). If you buy as a business (for example your employer pays for your coaching), the right of withdrawal in section 5 does not apply. Payment, cancellation and refunds then follow sections 4 and 10–15.

Outside the EU. I give every private client the same 14 days to change their mind, wherever you live. If the law in your country gives you more rights as a consumer, you keep those rights.

6. Confidentiality

• Everything you share is confidential, unless the law requires otherwise or you give explicit written consent.
• Sessions are only recorded or transcribed with your explicit consent. You can say no without it affecting the coaching, and you can ask me to delete recordings at any time.
• Recordings are never published, shared or used for marketing without your separate consent.

7. Materials

All materials, tools and resources are the intellectual property of Clarity Pulse and are for your personal use only. Please don't copy or share them without my written consent.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own growth and for what you do as a result of the coaching. Results depend on your commitment and openness to the process.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for outcomes, losses or damages arising from your participation.

1:1 coaching

10. Sessions

• Single sessions and shorter programs: each session lasts about 1 hour.
• 6-month program: each session lasts about 90 minutes, and between sessions you get one mid-week check-in (for example a short audio message, reflection or accountability support).
• The exact length can be changed if we agree on it.
• Sessions are booked in advance, online, in English or Danish.

11. Rescheduling and cancellation

• You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't show up, the session counts as used.

12. Ending the coaching

• Either of us can end the coaching with written notice.
• If you end it after the withdrawal period, unused sessions are not refunded.
• If I end it and can't deliver the remaining sessions, you get a pro-rata refund for the unused sessions.

Group coaching

13. Introduction to Shadow Work

• Six weekly online sessions in a small group, on Sundays at 18:00 Danish time (CET), starting 29 November: 29 Nov · 6 Dec · 13 Dec · 20 Dec · (Christmas break) · 10 Jan · 17 Jan. The joining link is sent by e-mail.
• Each session lasts about 45–60 minutes.
• Price: €49 per session, €294 for all six sessions, paid before the start.

14. Attendance

• Sessions run on fixed dates out of respect for everyone in the group.
• If you can't attend, the group continues without you. There are no make-up sessions, but you get the notes and slides.
• If I have to move or cancel a session, you'll hear from me in good time and we'll find a new date. If the program can't be delivered, you get your money back.

15. The group

• What is shared in the group stays in the group. Don't share who takes part or what others have said.
• Show up on time and fully present, and respect the others.
• I can remove a participant who breaks confidentiality or disrupts the group. In that case there is no refund.
• After the program, I delete the files and materials shared in the group.

Data and complaints

16. Your data

I use your details to deliver the coaching. Read more in the privacy policy.

17. Law and complaints

Danish law applies. If you're unhappy, please write to me first. As a consumer you can also complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning) or via the EU online dispute platform.

By buying and taking part in the coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
