My story

I didn't start out knowing any of this.

I spent years feeling lonely, rejected and stuck in my own head. I was the funny one, the life of the party, and I wasn't fine. Learning to feel what was underneath changed everything, and now I help others do the same.

less performing, more connecting

The method

One method. Four parts.

Inner work is the core: we slow down and explore what's underneath loneliness, rejection or overthinking. Breath helps you stay present, and integration makes sure the change shows up in your relationships and choices. Faith is there if it matters to you, never as a requirement.

  1. 01 · The core

    Inner Work

We slow down, go inward and work through what's underneath your reactions.

  2. 02 · Optional

    Faith & Theology

Only when faith matters to you: meaning, forgiveness, faith and who you want to become.

  3. 03 · Supporting

    Breathwork

Simple breathing to slow down, feel your body and create space before you react.

  4. 04 · Into real life

    Integration

We bring what you discover into real conversations, relationships, boundaries and choices.

Depending on the person, I may also use reframing and NLP-inspired techniques to explore beliefs, meaning and internal patterns.

Sound familiar?

You can be around people and still feel alone.

  • You replay conversations long after they've ended.
  • One rejection can stay with you for days.
  • You hold back, because getting close feels risky.
  • You see your patterns clearly, and still react from them.
  • You want deeper relationships without losing yourself in them.

Often it isn't only about what happens around you. We carry old fears and stories into new relationships without noticing. When you work with what's inside, you start to relate to yourself, and to other people, differently.

FAQ

Honest answers

Short answers to what people usually ask before a first call.

Is this therapy?

No. I'm a coach, and coaching isn't therapy. I don't diagnose or treat anything. If you're dealing with a mental health condition, please work with a qualified professional. Coaching can sit alongside that if they agree it's helpful.

What happens on the free 30-minute call?

It's a relaxed video call, in English or Danish. You tell me where you are and what feels stuck, I ask a few questions, and you can ask me anything. Then we decide together whether working together makes sense. No pressure, and no obligation. You can book a time in my calendar.

Do I need to be religious?

No. Faith and theology are optional. We only bring them in if they matter to you. Inner work, breathwork and integration work the same whether you believe in God or not.

Is it online, and in which language?

Yes. I'm based in Denmark and work one to one online, in English or Danish. You can join from anywhere.

What if I'm in crisis?

Please don't wait for a coaching session. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number straight away. In Denmark that's 112, and you can also call Livslinien on 70 201 201. Outside Denmark, contact a crisis line in your country.
